Hibiki Japanese Harmony is a blended Japanese whisky made by Suntory, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in five different types of cask, including American white oak, sherry casks and casks of Japanese Mizunara oak. The nose offers roses, rosemary and oak. On the palate come honeyed sweetness, candied orange peel, white chocolate and Mizunara oak.
