Hibiki Japanese Harmony is a Japanese blended whisky from Suntory, in a 70cl bottle. It has a golden amber colour.
The nose is floral and fruity, with rose, lychee, a little rosemary and sandalwood, softened by caramel and honey. The palate is smooth and well balanced, with honey, orange peel and white chocolate over light smoke and gentle spice. The finish is long, with oak and lingering vanilla sweetness.
