Hibiki Japanese Harmony Japanese Blended Whisky (70cl, 43%)

Hibiki Japanese Harmony is a Suntory blend drawing on the Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries. It is matured in American white oak, sherry and Mizunara casks and bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The bottle has 24 facets, one for each of the 24 seasons of the traditional Japanese lunar calendar. The nose is floral, with rose and lychee. Honey, candied orange peel and white chocolate sit on a silky palate, with a hint of Mizunara bringing sandalwood and Japanese incense. The finish is long, tender and clean.
