Hibiki Japan Harmony is a Japanese blended whisky from Suntory, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It combines malt and grain whiskies from the Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries. The nose offers honey, candied orange and a hint of incense. On the palate come white chocolate, rose and lychee. The finish is long, ending on sweet oak.
