Hierbas Ibicencas Aniseta con Erba is a herbal liqueur from Ibiza, produced by Aniseta. Its recipe combines anise, aromatic herbs, alcohol and sugar, with an aromatic profile of aniseed, herbal, fresh and slightly sweet notes. The pale green colour reflects the botanical character of the liqueur. Aromas are extracted by infusion and maceration, followed by cold filtration. Hierbas Ibicencas is an aniseed spirit typical of Ibiza and Formentera, made using aromatic plants such as anise, fennel, thyme, rosemary, mint, citrus and other botanicals. Serve well chilled, with ice or neat, as a digestif after meals.
