High N' Wicked Cask Strength is a five-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon, bottled at 57.15% ABV and not chill filtered. The mash bill is 51% corn, 39% rye and 10% malted barley, fermented as a sweet mash and distilled through a copper column still and doubler.
It matured in seasoned, medium-toast, number 4 char American white oak barrels from Missouri. It was distilled, aged and bottled entirely in Kentucky, with no additives or artificial colouring.
The nose is dark berries, dried stone fruit, pipe tobacco, vanilla and toasted pecan. On the palate come toasted cinnamon, black pepper and dark fruit compote, and the finish is long and warming.
