High N' Wicked is a Kentucky straight bourbon made by the sweet mash method, which starts each batch with fresh water and grain. The mash bill is 51% corn, 39% rye and 10% malted barley, distilled in a 36-inch Vendome copper column still with a doubler.
It was aged for a minimum of five years in #4 char American white oak barrels and bottled at 52% ABV, without chill filtration or additives.
The nose brings leather, pipe tobacco, toasted oak, baked blackberries, spiced orange peel, cinnamon, dark cocoa and butterscotch. The palate is full-bodied with structured tannins, caramelised berries, fruit pie, cinnamon, vanilla and a little citrus. The finish is bold, with lingering spice and balanced sweetness.
