High N' Wicked Kentucky Straight Rye Cask Strength is a Kentucky rye made from a high-rye mash bill of rye, corn and malted barley, then matured in new charred American oak. It is bottled at cask strength and unfiltered, in a 75cl bottle.
The nose opens with cracked black pepper, clove and toasted oak, then warm caramel, vanilla bean and dark spice. The palate is rich, with baking spice, roasted grain and a little sweetness, and the finish is long and warming with a firm rye character.
