High N' Wicked No. 9 Saints and Scholars III is an Irish single malt bottled at cask strength, 56% ABV. It is drawn from a selection of 20-year-old single malt barrels, made from 100% malted barley, double distilled in copper pot stills and matured in seasoned oak. It is not chill-filtered, and each bottle is individually numbered.
The nose offers dried orchard fruit, honeyed barley and citrus peel, with toasted vanilla, cedar spice and delicate floral notes, then warm nutmeg and honeycream as it opens. The palate is medium to full in body and richly textured, led by baked apple and pear compote, followed by cinnamon and clove.
