High n' Wicked The Wild Rover is a cask strength Irish single malt in a 75cl bottle. It is triple distilled from 100% malted barley.
The whiskey matures in ex-bourbon barrels and is then finished in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks.
The nose offers caramelised apples, pears and fig, with toffee, pie crust and soft baking spice. The palate is rich and dessert-like, with apple pie, caramelised pear, brown butter, fig jam and honeyed brioche, and the finish is long with a gentle nuttiness.
