High Rye Scottish Spirit Invergordon 7 Year Old (58.8%)

This is a seven year old high rye Scottish spirit drink from Invergordon, bottled at 58.8% in a small batch of 300 bottles. It was filled on 6 November 2017 and bottled on 29 October 2025. It was distilled by an American bourbon maker who was told to do everything as it would be done in America. Enzymes were added during fermentation, which Scotch whisky rules do not permit, so it cannot be called bourbon or single grain Scotch whisky. The name refers to its high rye mash bill, and the label's faint background of bourbon biscuits hints at its style.
