A seasonal rye from High West Distillery in Park City, Utah, and the sixth scene of Act 13 in its A Midwinter Night's Dram series. It blends straight rye whiskeys aged in new American oak, then finished in French oak and port barrels. It is bottled at 49.3% ABV and is non-chill filtered.
The nose offers cinnamon stick, spiced fig, dark cherry, pine sap and clove. The palate is full-bodied and warm, with dried cranberry, orange zest, vanilla, baking spice and a herbal rye grain note. The finish is long, with mulled wine, oak tannin, pepper and plum.
