High West American Prairie Bourbon is a blend of straight bourbons, made by a Utah distillery that dates its beginnings to 1879. The whiskeys in the blend are aged from two to 13 years in charred white oak barrels, and it is bottled at 92 proof in a 75cl bottle.
The palate is rich and earthy, with candy corn, honey nougat and sweet corn bread biscuits. The finish brings vanilla and caramel apple.
