High West Bourbon is a blend of straight bourbons from High West Distillery in Park City, Utah, in a 1.75 litre bottle at 46% ABV. It is built on high-rye mash bills and aged for a minimum of two years in charred American white oak. It is never chill-filtered or carbon-treated.
The nose is light caramel and sweet vanilla. The palate is rich and earthy, with candy corn, honey nougat and sweet cornbread biscuits. The finish brings vanilla, caramel apple and pecan pie, with gentle cocoa and espresso.
