A blend of straight bourbons from High West Distillery in Park City, Utah, bottled at 46% ABV. The bourbons are aged for at least two years in charred white American oak barrels, and the mash bills include about 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malted barley, alongside another of about 84% corn, 8% rye and 8% malted barley. It is never chill-filtered.
The nose brings light caramel, sweet vanilla and warm cornbread. The palate has honey nougat, candy-corn sweetness and subtle rye spice. The finish is smooth, with vanilla, caramel apple and a hint of pecan pie.
