On the nose, caramel and toffee sit alongside cracked black pepper, cinnamon and dried fruit such as fig and raisin. The palate offers dark honey, crème brûlée and orchard fruit against clove, allspice and citrus zest. The finish is long and warm, with oak spice, caramel and a peppery note.
