High West Bourye

High West Bourye is a blend of bourbon and rye whiskeys, bottled by High West Distillery. It is intended for sipping, either straight or with a little water, and is not recommended with ice. The nose offers brown butter caramel, vanilla cola, grilled pineapple, boysenberry jam, spearmint, sage and violets in wet weather. On the palate come masala chai, cinnamon candies, butterscotch, orange chocolate, gingerbread and walnuts doused in dark caramel. The finish is creamy toffee, clove and ginger chew spice.
