High West Bourye is a blend of straight bourbon whiskey and straight rye whiskey, made by High West Distillery in Park City, Utah. This is the 2026 release, in a 75cl bottle.
Bourye is put out once a year in limited quantities under the Limited Sighting name. It joins the richness of bourbon with the spice of rye.
The nose offers caramel, vanilla bean, toasted oak, brown sugar, a little mint, cinnamon and dried fruit. The palate is full-bodied, with toffee, maple syrup, baking spice, rye pepper and dark cherry. The finish is long and warming, with oak char, caramel and rye spice.
