High West – Cask Strength Blended Whiskey (75cl)

High West Cask Strength is a blend of straight bourbon whiskeys bottled at cask strength by High West Distillery in Park City, Utah, in a 750ml bottle. Select straight whiskeys are blended after careful sensory evaluation to give a barrel-aged bourbon. The nose offers clementine, red apple, pound cake with maple icing, black walnuts, café latte and lemon thyme. On the palate come candied lemon, apple fritters, caramel corn, almond nougat, blackstrap molasses and weathered hickory, followed by a finish of peach nectar, strawberry jam and sweet cherry tobacco.
