High West Double Rye

High West Double Rye is a rye whiskey made by blending two different rye whiskeys. It is crafted to be twice as spicy as an average rye, with cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves in mind. It works in a Manhattan or an Old Fashioned, and can equally be sipped on its own. The nose brings mint, clove, cinnamon, licorice root, pine nuts and dark chocolate, with gin-like botanicals throughout. Rye spice leads the palate, followed by menthol, mint and eucalyptus. The finish is cinnamon and mint, gradually sweetening.
