The nose is sweet and layered, with poached pear, candied orange, ground ginger, cut grass, lavender, leather and oak, finished with spice and a touch of citrus oil. On the palate come rich dried apricot, crushed almond and chewy caramel, followed by soft ginger, walnut, peach and hard candy notes.
