High West Rendezvous Rye is a straight rye whiskey from Utah, blended from high-rye straight whiskeys distilled in both column and pot stills. It is non-chill-filtered and bottled at 46% ABV, or 92 proof, in a 750ml bottle.
The nose brings orange peel, dried apricot, mint, clove and pine. Ginger and cinnamon lead the palate, over molasses, vanilla and toasted oak. The finish moves from rye spice to caramel, orange zest and tobacco.
