Rendezvous is a rye whiskey from the High West Distillery in Utah, bottled at 46% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It combines two straight rye whiskies.
The first is a straight 16 year old with a mashbill of 80% rye, 10% corn and 10% barley malt. The second is a straight 6 year old with a mashbill of 95% rye and 5% barley malt.
The name comes from the annual summer gathering of mountain men, who met to exchange pelts for supplies.
