This is a 12 year old Highland single malt, distilled in 2011 and matured in a barrel. It is bottled at a cask strength of 56.4% in a 70cl bottle, as part of the Soho Selection.
The whisky is led by orchard fruit, with light elderflower and peach.
The nose offers shortbread, vanilla, tarte tatin and creme anglaise. The palate is creamy and rich, with elderflower pressé and apple coulis. The finish is lengthy, with bright sweetness and elegant fruits.
