This is a Highland Park 10 Year Old single malt from Orkney, bottled in 2002 by Whisky Connoisseur for the Golden Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II. It is a limited edition in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV.
The whisky was matured in European and American sherry-seasoned oak casks.
The notes describe green apple, ripe pear and apricot on the nose. The palate brings honey and citrus with a hint of vanilla, and the finish is orchard fruit with light spice and oak.
