Highland Park 10 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whisky from Orkney, bottled in a 70cl bottle. It has matured for ten years, and the distillery's Viking heritage is part of its story.
The character comes from two sides: smoke from local peat, and honey and vanilla sweetness from American oak barrels. The whisky is a pale, bright gold in the glass.
The nose is smoky with touches of dried fruit. On the palate there is malt with light cinnamon and caramel, and the finish is smooth and lingering, with a faint trace of spice and peat.
