A single cask Highland Park, distilled in 2005 and bottled in 2018 at 12 years old. It came from a refill butt, cask 3631, and was bottled at a cask strength of 64.4% ABV. The 610 bottles were made exclusively for Aberdeen International Airport.
Highland Park is the most northerly whisky distillery in Scotland. It is thought to have been founded in 1798 by a local farmer, David Robertson, on the site of an illicit still. Its style comes from sherry casks and a heathery sweetness from the Orcadian peat used in malting.
