Highland Park – 12 Year Old (70cl, 40%)

Highland Park – 12 Year Old is a single malt whisky from Highland Park (Islands). Aged 12 years, bottled at 40% ABV, 70cl. Highland Park is one of Scotland's most northerly distilleries, situated in Kirkwall on the Orkney Islands and established in 1798. The distillery is one of a small number still practising traditional floor malting, using aromatic Orcadian peat to dry the barley before distillation. This is the distillery's flagship 12 Year Old expression, distilled and bottled at Highland Park in Kirkwall, Orkney, at 40% ABV. The spirit is matured for a minimum of 12 years in sherry oak casks from Spain, presented in the distinctive dark label format. Bottled at 70cl.
