Highland Park 12 Year Old is a single malt from Orkney, bottled at 40% ABV. It was matured in hand-selected first-fill European and American oak casks that were seasoned with sherry.
The nose is fresh and floral, with Seville oranges, heather honey and spiced fruitcake. The palate is rich, and the whisky finishes with subtle heathered peat smoke.
