Highland Park 12 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Islands region, in a 750ml bottle.
It is matured mainly in European and American oak casks that were seasoned with sherry.
It is described as spicy and well-rounded, with Seville orange and fruitcake flavours spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. Heather honey runs through waves of heathery peat smoke.
