A 12 year old Highland Park single malt, known as the Sunset Bottle, in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV. It is an older bottling, released in the 1990s from spirit distilled in the late 1970s and early 1980s.
Highland Park is a Kirkwall distillery that dries part of its malt over a peat fire in its own kiln. Orcadian peat is made of sphagnum moss and heather, which gives a lightly smoky, fragrant, heathery aroma.
