Highland Park 12 Year Old, Single Cask #5085, is a single malt from the Orkney Islands, bottled by Velier. It was matured for twelve years in a selected cask and is bottled in a 70cl bottle.
The nose brings light peat, honey and spiced vanilla. On the palate malty sweetness meets a touch of smoke, with fruit recalling apple and pear. The finish is long and harmonious.
