This Highland Park is a single cask Orkney malt, distilled in 2007 and bottled in 2022 after 14 years in cask. It comes from cask number 5633, a first-fill American oak sherry puncheon, and is bottled at 65.9% ABV.
It belongs to the distillery's Single Cask Series, in which a small number of casks are chosen each year for their individual character. Highland Park is known for a balanced smoky sweetness from Orkney's heathery peat.
