This is the 2024 release of Highland Park 15 Year Old, an Orkney single malt in a 70cl bottle at 44% ABV. It is lightly peated, non-chill filtered and of natural colour.
The whisky spent 15 years maturing in a mix of European oak sherry-seasoned casks, American oak casks and refill casks. It is sold in Highland Park's Viking Heart series packaging.
The profile is built around heather honey sweetness, spice and gentle peat smoke, with a rich sherry cask influence running through it.
