This is a 15 year old single malt from Highland Park, made on Orkney, where the distillery dates its founding to 1798. It is bottled at 44% in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky is matured in first-fill, sherry-seasoned American oak casks and first-fill, sherry-seasoned European oak casks, with some refill casks in the mix as well.
The label describes honey-glazed pineapple, vanilla beans, toasted cinnamon and lemon zest, with delicate Orcadian peat smoke.
