Highland Park 15 Year Old is a Scotch single malt, aged for 15 years and bottled at 44% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It has a deep amber colour and is made with spring water and malted barley.
The nose brings honeyed malt, oak spice and a subtle maritime note. On the palate there is sweet sherry, smoky peat and dried fruit, and the flavours linger long.
