Highland Park 15 Year Old is a single malt from Orkney, in a 75cl bottle. It has a deep golden colour that comes naturally from the cask.
The character rests on contrasts: aromatic warmth set against bright citrus. The finish carries a gentle touch of smoke from Orkney heathered peat.
The nose is fresh, floral and spicy. On the palate come warm vanilla, pineapple and zesty citrus, followed by a mellow finish of delicate vanilla and toasty spice.
