Highland Park 16 Year Old Between You and I is a limited edition single malt made in collaboration with the Swedish chef Björn Frantzén.
The whisky matured for 16 years in a combination of European and American sherry-seasoned casks, ex-bourbon casks and a selection of Swedish casks. It is described as soft, complex and harmonious, with layers of sweetness, spice and light peat smoke.
The design draws on Frantzén's personal memories and his passion for golf. The warm orange stands for the shades of autumn, while the purple tones refer to the heather and the peat smoke associated with Highland Park.
