Between You and I is a 16 year old single malt from Highland Park on Orkney, made in collaboration with the Swedish chef Björn Frantzén, who was the first to taste it. It is bottled at 48% in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky was matured in Swedish virgin oak, in European and American oak casks that previously held sherry, and in ex-bourbon casks.
Rather than set out tasting notes, Highland Park invites the drinker to form their own impression of the nose and palate, whether that is a flavour, a song, a film, a book or a place.
