Highland Park 16 Year Old Between You and I is a small-batch single malt Scotch whisky created with Swedish chef Björn Frantzén. It is the distillery's first expression to combine virgin Swedish oak with ex-bourbon and sherry-seasoned casks.
Non-chill-filtered, it brings together pronounced wood spice, dry tannins and creamy vanilla, with heather-scented peat smoke running through its character.
