Highland Park 16 Years Old Wings of the Eagle is a single malt distilled on Orkney and matured for sixteen years in a selection of casks. It comes in a 70cl bottle.
The nose has barley honey, sweet spice and a faint note of peat smoke. On the palate come dark chocolate, cinnamon and dried fruit, leading to a long finish of vanilla and smoky wood.
