This is a 17-year-old Highland Park single malt, distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2026 by Murray McDavid as a limited release.
In the glass it is a pale gold. The nose offers ripe pear, juicy stone fruit and a little vanilla, alongside a subtle background smoke.
On the palate there is candied apple and spicy cedar wood, leading to a finish of soft nutmeg and floral peat.
