This is the second edition of Highland Park's Between You and I, a 17 year old single malt bottled at 47.5% in a 70cl bottle. It is a limited release made in collaboration with the food artist Laila Gohar.
The whisky spent its last six years in new, untreated American oak casks. Master Whisky Maker Marc Watson chose them as a nod to Gohar's Egyptian roots. The release centres on personal impressions while drinking, and deliberately comes without set tasting notes.
