Between You & I is a 17 year old Highland Park single malt from Orkney, created in collaboration with artist and food designer Laila Gohar. It comes in a yellow illustrated box carrying her artwork.
The whisky was matured entirely in new American oak casks, and is bottled at 47.5% in a 75cl bottle. The packaging describes it as bright and fruity.
On the nose there is vanilla, ripe orchard fruit, citrus and honey, with sweet oak and a little tropical fruit alongside.
