This is an 18 year old single malt from Highland Park, distilled in the Orkney islands. It is matured mainly in European and American oak casks.
The nose brings honey, vanilla, dried fruit and a little sweet spice. On the palate it is soft and warm, with candied orange and black pepper. The finish is long and fades into light wood smoke.
