This is an 18 year old single malt from Highland Park, bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The label gives 1798 as the year the distillery was established and describes the whisky as a product of Orkney.
It is matured with a higher proportion of first-fill, sherry seasoned European oak casks, together with some sherry seasoned American oak and refill casks.
The label describes cherry conserve, dark chocolate, sea-salted honeycomb, orange zest and fragrant Orcadian peat smoke.
