Highland Park 18 Year Old is a single malt whisky from Scotland's islands, in a 75cl bottle. The malt is made with aromatic peat from Hobbister Moor and floor maltings turned by hand.
It matures in sherry-seasoned European oak casks in a cool, temperate island climate, followed by a long and unhurried period of harmonising the whisky.
The flavours are described as cherries, dark chocolate, toffee and heather honey.
