This is a 1967 vintage Highland Park, aged for 35 years in an American oak cask. It comes from the Celtic Heartlands series, a collaboration between the independent bottler Murray McDavid and Jim McEwan, who was then master distiller at Bruichladdich. Murray McDavid was founded in 1996 by Mark Reynier, Simon Coughlin and Gordon Wright, a former director of Springbank.
