Highland Park 1967 is a vintage single malt Scotch whisky distilled in the Orkney Islands and bottled in 1991. It comes in a 70cl bottle at 43% ABV.
The nose combines citrus, plum and apple with dried apricot, clove and heather. Honeyed malt, spiced pear, vanilla and toasted almond shape a rich, velvety palate. A long, warm finish leaves caramel and a gentle trace of peat smoke.
