Highland Park 1988 is a 30 year old Orkney single malt, bottled by Samaroli of Italy for the Perfection 50th Anniversary edition. It was distilled in 1988 and bottled in 2018 at 45% ABV, in a 70cl bottle.
Only 240 bottles were released.
The nose is ripe pear, green apple and subtle oak. Oaky vanilla, sweet malt and hints of honey lead on the palate, and the finish lingers with vanilla and smoky spices.
